We start with the foundation of Journey Builder in this use case. You can kick off this process with your standard Survey Email journey setup leveraging your segment import, data extensions, and a survey email.
How It Connects
Upon form submission, the subscriber moves through the journey where their response is analyzed by ChatGPT/ OpenAI and classified based on user sentiment.
How It Impacts
This response is returned to the journey via the custom activity where marketers can create decision splits to determine the best method and phrasing in how to communicate to the subscriber from their response.
